Postage and Packing Costs
Orders upto the value of £25.00            -     £3.50
Orders £25.01 to £49.99                      -     £4.50
Orders £50.01 to £99.99                      -      £6.50
Orders £100.00 to £249.99                   -     £8.50
Orders £250.00 or over                        -      FREE DELIVERY

Please Note: Postage prices stated above are Domestic UK charges only.  We are happy to ship anywhere overseas but please email us prior to ordering for a competitive shipping quote.

Ordering Information

Ordering from Raggy Horse Equestrian is easy and Secure!  Please note: you do not need to have a Paypal account to buy online.  You can pay securely with your credit/debit card.

Order Online

Simply select the item you require to the right of the page.  You will be taken to a secure Payment page where you will be asked to submit your payment details.  This method is totally safe and secure.  You will be sent a payment confirmation email from Paypal and a further Order Confirmation from us.

By Post

Email us with details of the items you wish to purchase.  We will then issue you with an electronic invoice detailing your order which you can print off and return to us with your payment, or alternatively the invoice will allow you to pay securely online using Debit/Credit Card or Paypal Account.
Alternatively, you can write your order details and enclose together with payment and send to us.  If using this method, please enclose contact details ie telephone number or email address so we can confirm receipt of payment and your order details.

Please Note:  We do not currently take payment over the telephone.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to maintain the prices shown, however, we reserve the right to discontinue any item from those shown and to amend prices when necessary.  If your order can not be fulfilled, you will be informed and offered an alternative.  We reserve the right to amend postage and packing prices as appropriate.
COLOURS and FABRICS
Although colours shown on this website are a good likeness to produced items, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to screen quality.  We reserve the right to make minor changes to embellishments due to supplier availability

DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch goods within 5 working days of receiving your order.  For  Made to Order or Personalised Items, please allow up to 21 days for dispatch.  However, at peak times (such as Christmas) when demand is exceptionally high, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
If you do not receive your order within the expected time scale, please contact us with details of your order number, name, address and contact details.
We will confirm the expected delivery time of goods upon receipt of your order.
DAMAGED/UNDELIVERED GOODS
If goods are damaged on arrival or order is not received within specified time, please inform us within 5 working days of receipt or expected delivery date, otherwise no claim will be considered.

RETURNS
A full refund (less postage and packing) will be given on items returned to us within 7 days of delivery date (at customers expense) providing the item is returned unused, unsoiled and in a resaleable condition.

**Please note, our returns policy does not include  Personalised or Custom Made items (all personalised and embroidered items are custom made) .  No refund or exchange will be given for these items, unless they are faulty and not fit for purpose and we then reserve the right to offer an exchange.**
Returns made after 7 days of delivery or tampered with or soiled will not be eligible for refund or an exchange.
Exchanging an item
Where an item has been found to be faulty, providing the item is returned to us within 7 days of receipt, we will exchange.
Although there is no restocking fee, all goods exchanged for any reason other than faulted, will incur postal charges again.  Please note, Personalised Items can NOT be returned or exchanged (unless faulted)
Always use an under-rug when trying on rugs as soiled goods will not be eligible for return/exchange.
If you are unsure about sizing please contact us, we are happy to advise although the final decision lies with you the customer.
When returning goods in accordance with our above returns policy, please ensure all goods are insured against loss and damage as we can not be held responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.
We reserve the right to change prices, colours or withdraw certain items as necessary.

PRIVACY

Raggy Horse operates a strict Privacy Policy.  We will protect your personal information.  Be assured that we only use the information you provide to help us give you a better service.
The only information we collect is that which you give us at the time of contacting us.  We will only use this information lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 and the Web Trader Code of Conduct).
The information we hold about you will be accurate, which you can check by emailing us at info@raggyhorse.co.uk.  If there are any inaccuracies or you no longer wish to be on our mailing list, we will update or delete this immediately.
